VizBloom is a web application that allows users to create branded social media posts using customizable templates, AI-generated images, and brand-specific design elements.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
The Service offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and it will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
You retain ownership of all content you create using the Service, including exported images and brand assets. You grant VizBloom a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
You agree not to use the Service to create content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. VizBloom shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
